Welcome to International Care Outreach (ICO)
International Care Outreach(ICO) is a 501(c(3)) nonprofit organization founded in 2006 in Indiana, USA. It is primarily involved in community based activities that helps foster developed in sub Saharan Africa by channeling resources to sustainable development and health improvement projects. The initiative is based on the cooperation between interested persons in the USA and the region.

Our Vision.
Vision12-30
We aspire to be at the forefront in the development and establishment of healthy, educated and self-sustaining rural communities in East Africa. We hope to achieve this by working in partnerships with the communities as well as complementing governmental and other Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) efforts in providing and sustaining development initiatives, health care and education to the underserved and underprivileged communities

Our Mission
Strengthen community based development initiatives in basic healthcare and training by empowering the community to share their resources, energy and compassion

Our Focus
vision2-12-30
1. Eradication of poverty by initiating new projects as well as strengthening existing community based development projects.
2. Improvement in general health and especially prevention of communicable diseases. This includes strengthening of community based healthcare initiatives that address general wellness and health epidemics issues like HIV/ AIDS, malaria and TB
3. Promoting and supporting education and allied programs that result or translate into excellence.
To achieve this we will engage at both early education, community as well as post secondary education. Specifically we will provide nutritional and other necessary support to needy students in elementary schools.
We also will seek and provide scholarships to academically gifted students from rural and disadvantaged backgrounds. This will allow them to pursue degree courses within the region or abroad.
